Once work begins, payments and deposits are non-refundable.
Issues are handled under our workmanship warranty below.
2) Custom and Made-to-Order Goods
Custom, made-to-order, engraved, altered, or special-order items are final sale.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed after evaluation, MJJ Brilliant will repair or replace the item at its discretion.
3) Workmanship Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for 30 days from the delivery date.
If a workmanship issue is verified within 30 days, correction is provided at no charge.
Normal wear, misuse, loss, theft, accidental damage, stone brittleness or breakage from wear, and third-party alterations are excluded.
4) Warranty Requests
Email [email protected] with the invoice number and a description of the concern.
If outside 30 days, evaluation and round-trip shipping may be billed.
5) Shipping and Insurance
Shipping charges and insurance fees are non-refundable.
MJJ Brilliant is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage in transit. If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we will assist with the carrier claim process. Notify us within the carrier’s claim window so we can help file a trace or claim.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title and risk of loss transfer to the client when the carrier accepts the shipment. The client is responsible for selecting adequate insurance coverage.
6) Damaged Goods
Damage that occurs in transit is a carrier matter and is handled through a carrier claim, not a refund.
Visible or concealed damage must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and within the carrier’s claim window. Failure to provide timely notice may limit available remedies under carrier rules.
If damage is determined to be a manufacturing defect rather than transit damage, remedies are provided under Sections 2 or 3 only.
7) Returns
Returns are not accepted for services or custom goods.
Stock merchandise, if offered, may be returnable only with prior written authorization, in original condition, subject to inspection and any applicable restocking fee.
8) Payment Disputes
Services are performed to an approved scope and documented with delivery. Refunds are not issued once work is completed.
Contact us first for evaluation under this policy. Chargebacks filed before engagement may delay resolution.
9) Non-Refundable Items and Fees
Services already performed, custom work, engraving, CAD and design fees, special-order materials, rush fees, shipping, and insurance are non-refundable.
10) Policy Changes
MJJ Brilliant may update this policy at any time. The version posted at the time of purchase applies to that order.
